Responsibilities

→Lead and coordinate the maintenance team and daily maintenance activities
→Develop and manage preventive, corrective, and investment maintenance programs
→Improve equipment reliability, availability, and maintenance efficiency
→Monitor machinery and infrastructure condition and ensure timely corrective actions
→Manage spare-parts inventory and maintenance resources
→Coordinate external contractors and ensure compliance with safety and technical requirements
→Lead maintenance-related investments, automation, and improvement projects
→Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
