The main objective of the Houseperson is to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the hotel's public areas while supporting the Housekeeping team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, fitness centers, and other guest and associate spaces. Additional responsibilities include collecting and transporting linens and trash, replenishing housekeeping supplies, assisting with guestroom preparations, delivering guest amenities, and performing special cleaning projects as needed.

Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing physically active tasks, assisting guests and fellow associates, organizing supplies, and responding promptly to housekeeping and guest service needs. Strong time management, organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
