We are currently seeking experienced and motivated candidates just like you to serve as a Maintenance Engineer with DelMonte Hotel Group!

The main objective of the Maintenance Engineer is to ensure the proper working order, maintenance, and overall condition of the property and its assets. This hands-on position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and building systems. Responsibilities include general repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, painting, carpentry, and other maintenance needs to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and associates.

Successful candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, practical troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing routine preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and working collaboratively with other hotel departments. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, time management, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction are essential for success in this role.
