Deltek Professional Services' mission is to deliver solutions that help our customers connect and automate the project lifecycle that fuels their business. Our group is responsible for assisting our global clients as they become new members of Deltek’s Project Nation by applying professional services proven methodology in areas such as systems design, configuration, testing, training and solution documentation. Position Overview
Deltek's Professional Services Intern program offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience working alongside a team of expert consultants and project managers. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful internal projects, build technical and professional skills, and gain exposure to how Deltek helps project-based businesses around the world succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  Assist the Professional Services team with internal projects and day-to-day initiatives

  Attend Deltek sessions to build product knowledge and industry awareness

• →

  Shadow and assist Deltek Consultants to develop technical and professional skills in a real-world setting

• →

  Create and maintain new documentation for the Professional Services team using Office365 and utilising AI capabilities

• →

  Participate in a structured mentorship program with Deltek Professional Services professionals

• →

  Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to support shared goals

• →

  Represent Deltek with a professional attitude in all interactions and communications

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate college program

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Office365 and internet research tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision

• Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, processes, and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in Professional Services, Information Systems, or related fields

• Ability to adapt to varying situations, personalities, and fast-paced environments

• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset

• Eagerness to share knowledge and remain open to new ideas and feedback

• Enthusiasm to explore AI capabilities and harness their power for utilization and adoption within Deltek Professional Services
