Responsibilities

→Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of warehouse activities, including shipping /receiving/warehouse inventory management, health and safety
→Manages warehouse personnel, provides work direction, trains workers on job duties, safety procedures and company policies
→Establish work schedules and procedures, prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments
→Communicates with and schedules work with Deluxe Vendors; may also respond to customer service emails

Requirements

Bachelor’s and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years, 1 year of management
Proficient knowledge of personal computers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
Strong knowledge of processes and equipment, lean principles and quality improvement initiatives.

Bachelors Degree in Business or Logistics
2 years in Manufacturing/Supply Chain and employee coaching
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
