As a Full-Time Lead Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in both clinical support and patient experience. You’ll work closely with the provider and team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality care.

• →Assist the provider chairside during procedures
• →Take dental X-rays and ensure compliance with safety standards
• →Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• →Support patient flow, comfort, and education
• →Assist with documentation and clinical charting
• →Collaborate with the front office and clinical team to ensure smooth operations
• →Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate car
• →Assist with training and mentoring future team members as the practice grow
• →Help establish systems, processes, and a positive office culture

• Experienced Dental Assistant with a strong clinical background
• Leadership mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable
• Experience with dentures, extractions, oral surgery, or prosthodontics preferred
• Passion for helping patients restore their smiles and confidence

• Active X-ray certification (required)
• High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years of dental assisting experience
• EDDA certification
• Coronal Polishing, Expanded Duties, and CPR certifications
