Responsibilities The Social Media and Marketing Manager will own Dulora’s organic digital presence and serve as the connective thread across the brand’s marketing activities. This is a hands-on execution role with a clear growth pathway into broader marketing oversight as the brand scales. The right candidate is proactive, brand-aware, creative, and comfortable working independently across multiple platforms with the support of AI tools and a collaborative remote team. This person is needed immediately to contribute to the Dulora rebrand launch, so the ability to hit the ground running is essential. 1. Social Media Management Own and grow client’s presence across Instagram and Facebook Plan, create, and schedule content aligned to the client brand voice and visual identity, using AI-assisted tools and Canva for image and asset creation Develop a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the Business Owner Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and maintain an active and consistent brand presence Track and report on organic social performance, with a view to continuous improvement 2. Microinfluencer and Partnership Marketing Identify and engage relevant microinfluencers aligned with the client brand across interior design, wellness, marine, and lifestyle categories Manage influencer outreach, briefing, and ongoing relationship maintenance Coordinate product seeding, content approvals, and campaign reporting Build a structured influencer contact list and track partnership outcomes over time 3. Brand and Rebrand Support Support the active client rebrand by contributing to content, messaging, and visual consistency across all organic channels Assist in ensuring the brand voice and identity are applied cohesively across social media, outreach, and any marketing collateral Contribute ideas and execution support for the brand’s launch moment in mid-2026 4. Marketing Coordination Maintain a clear overview of marketing activity across the team, including SEO, paid media, and customer support, to ensure messaging is aligned and opportunities are not missed Act as a central point of coordination for brand-related tasks, flagging gaps or inconsistencies to the Business Owner Over time, take on greater strategic responsibility across campaign planning and broader marketing management as the role evolves Requirements Demonstrated experience managing brand social media accounts across Instagram and Facebook Strong copywriting ability in a professional, brand-led voice Proficiency with AI-assisted content and image creation tools (e.g. Canva, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar) Experience identifying and engaging microinfluencers or brand ambassadors Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently A proactive approach to work, with the ability to take initiative and self-manage in a remote environment Experience working remotely with international teams Work Arrangement Work Setup: On-site Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am PHT flexible start, should complete nine (9) hours work Why you should join our team!
