We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to assist clients with lodging research, reservation planning, and accommodation-related needs. The Lodging Reservations Coordinator helps clients explore hotels, resorts, and other accommodation options while providing attentive service throughout the reservation process.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys researching destinations, comparing options, communicating with clients, and keeping important details organized. Training and access to reservation resources are provided.

  • Research hotels, resorts, and lodging options according to client preferences, dates, and budgets
  • Assist clients in comparing available accommodations and reservation options
  • Coordinate lodging reservations and related booking details
  • Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate confirmations, updates, and important information to clients
  • Assist with changes or questions related to existing reservations
  • Maintain organized records of client preferences and booking details
  • Utilize online reservation platforms and industry resources
  • Research property amenities, locations, and available services
  • Provide professional and responsive client support throughout the planning process
  • Follow established booking procedures and documentation requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-service-oriented approach
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable researching and comparing options online
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests and follow up consistently
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Willingness to learn reservation systems and booking procedures
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
