We invite a Senior System Analyst to join our team and work on a complex fintech project for a leading global financial services infrastructure provider. You'll contribute to the development and enhancement of a flexible asset tokenization platform with robust smart contract capabilities. You’ll work at the intersection of business analysis and system analysis, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, and data engineering teams to understand requirements and define effective solutions.

• Work on a complex project for a renowned regtech and fintech company developing blockchain-based infrastructure for financial institutions
• Gain hands-on experience working with data and modern data architecture
• Deepen your expertise in both business and system analysis while sharing knowledge and developing new skills within Dev.Pro’s BAO community

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Strong technical background with solid experience in system analysis
• Experience working closely with data engineering teams
• Understanding of data architecture concepts, including data lakes and data warehouses
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis and investigation
• Experience analyzing, documenting, managing, and prioritizing business and system requirements
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis practices, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of autonomy and proactivity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage challenging stakeholder relationships
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Experience with blockchain projects
• Experience working in international, distributed teams

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll use your knowledge and skills to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the development process, enhancing the overall quality and effectiveness of the team’s blockchain projects.

• Set up and enhance the process of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, ensuring clear and standards-compliant project specifications
• Act as the main point of communication with product stakeholders, assisting in feature prioritization and managing requested changes
• Serve as a proxy product owner, representing stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication with the development team
• Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring their productivity for effective collaboration and promptly resolving/escalating blockers
• Create and maintain relevant project-related documentation, including visualizing developed solution workflows through diagrams
