BIG PICTURE:We are looking for a Production Systems Trainer to lead the in-person rollout and adoption of our new production management platform at Dhar Mann Studios. As we move into a custom-built system with automation and AI integrations, your job is to make that change feel easy. You will be trained on the platform by our automations lead, then work on the ground in our Burbank studio — running hands-on sessions, building confidence across departments, and turning hesitation into adoption.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:- Learn our new production platform inside and out through dedicated onboarding with our automations lead, so you can confidently teach every workflow it supports.
- Lead 3-5 in-person training sessions per week in a conference-room setting, walking teams through the platform step by step until it becomes second nature.
- Drive adoption across departments — including scheduling and casting — by meeting people where they are, easing them off familiar tools, and building comfort with the new system.
- Provide individualized attention and follow-up to team members who need extra support, patiently reinforcing new processes session over session.
- Act as the on-the-ground point of contact, gathering feedback from users and relaying it to the technical team so the platform keeps improving.
- Partner closely with the production and technical leads to keep the rollout on schedule and aligned with how each department actually works.
- 5+ years of corporate training, process training, change management, or software onboarding experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you can build rapport in a room, read resistance, and keep a group engaged and at ease.
- A talent for making complex, unfamiliar systems feel simple and approachable to non-technical users.
- Patience and persistence — you understand that adoption takes repetition, encouragement, and a human touch.
- Comfortable quickly learning new software and technology. Direct production or AI / engineering experience is not required.
- Able to train on-site at our Burbank studio on a consistent weekly schedule.
- Bonus if you have experience rolling out new platforms or tools across an organization.
You will report to the AI & Automation Lead and the Senior Producer, working in close collaboration with our automations lead.
WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:All the action takes place in person at our studio in Burbank, CA!
WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:This is a temporary, in-person contract role built around 3–5 training sessions per week, plus dedicated time up front to master the platform. Weekly hours and schedule will be discussed.
WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US:- Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experience.
- Elite Talent: We maintain an exceptionally high hiring bar—you’ll be collaborating with some of the best creative minds in the industry.
- Mission That Matters: You’ll help the people behind the #1 scripted positive content online work smarter, so they can spend more time changing lives.
- Studio Culture: We provide a high-energy, supportive environment with catered lunches, a fully stocked kitchen, and a team-first atmosphere.
