Here at DIALOG, we are passionate about design and believe it can and should meaningfully improve the wellbeing of our communities and the environment we all share.

We are a multi-disciplinary practice of architects, interior designers, urban designers and planners, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, landscape architects and sustainability experts who design for community wellbeing and urban vibrancy. We are seeking a skilled technical architect who can seamlessly turn concepts into tangible results. Your broad knowledge of various building systems and your ability to collaborate with other design disciplines will help elevate both the design and construction quality of our projects. Your strength lies in the thoughtful execution of design, ensuring every detail is meticulously addressed.

As a leader, you will engage directly with clients, effectively communicating our vision and building trust through your technical expertise. Your enthusiasm for continuous improvement will inspire the team, as you eagerly initiate discussions on ways to enhance our documentation and design processes.

 

DIALOG values our in-studio design culture. You will be in person in the studio for a minimum of three days per week, with the option of working remotely (with a client, at a construction site, or at home) for two days per week.
