DigniFi’s Point-of-Sale financing solution helps 2,000+ partners increase revenue, drive accessory orders, and decrease deferred repairs. We partner with dealerships and service centers to offer financing products at the point of sale for auto repairs, service, parts, accessories, maintenance packages, and more.

As DigniFi continues to grow, our success depends on deep integrations with the software platforms dealerships already use every day. This role sits at the center of that strategy.
Our mission is to help auto dealers and service centers grow by offering their customers innovative, inclusive financing. Our vision is to make financing for the needs of daily life accessible and inclusive.

About The Role:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Financial Officer to lead DigniFi’s financial strategy and support our continued growth. This executive will oversee financial planning and reporting, capital markets, fundraising, and securitization while building strong relationships with investors, lenders, and financing partners. The ideal candidate brings significant executive finance experience, a proven track record of raising capital, and the ability to translate financial insights into strategic decisions that support sustainable, profitable growth.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns and governmental agency reports.
  • Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; oversee any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
  • Establish and lead a comprehensive unit economics and product profitability framework that drives profitable growth, optimizes risk-adjusted returns, and informs strategic capital allocation across the consumer finance portfolio.
  • Work with the CEO and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the budget and fund-raising process.
  • Study long-range economic trends and project their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
  • Drive the process of capital markets fundraising, building upon equity capital required for expansion.
  • Understand and implement credit reserves methodology, including CECL.
  • Capital Markets oversight and the execution of securitization funding.
  • Partner with Product, Risk, and Commercial teams to establish pricing, fees, promotional structures, merchant discount rates, and customer incentives that meet targeted risk-adjusted return thresholds.

Who You Are:
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, including significant financial leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience in executive leadership roles, ideally within a growing or scaling company.
  • Demonstrated experience raising capital, securing funding, and managing relationships with investors, lenders, and other financing partners.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with the ability to align financial strategy with business objectives.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving financial performance, and delivering results.
  • Strong financial acumen, including financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate financial strategy and company performance to executives, investors, and the Board of Directors.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience developing and leading high-performing finance teams.

Why You’ll Love Working at DigniFi:
