Education:
• Bachelor's Degree

Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in an Operations Finance or Cost Accounting environment

Skills, Specialized Knowledge:
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Understanding of Oracle ERP systems and Hyperion.
• Understanding and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle
Process Manufacturing (OPM) highly desired.
• Understanding of accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced worksheet manipulation skills.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to 
the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs. 
• Cost Accounting
o Perform monthly and quarterly audit requirements to ensure accuracy 
across Operations and Oncology.
o Support the finance team with inventory controls and related reporting
o Maintain cycle count controls and partner with Operations to investigate 
and resolve discrepancies.
o Prepare monthly accounting journal entries in support of global finance 
functions.
o Conduct monthly reviews of capital expenditures, tracking approved 
commitments against actual spending.
o Monitor, update and upload freight expense GL coding and the associated 
reporting.
o Process blood billing activities and related account reconciliations.
o Prepare daily revenue journal entries in support of the Oncology business.
• Financial System Support
o Support and maintain IMCNs and engineering change orders (ECOs) 
through master data management.
o Maintain the Operations inventory database to ensure accuracy in 
reporting and analytics.
o Execute weekly Oracle accounting processes to provide visibility into 
Operations performance
