Responsibilities

  • Develop 2D and 3D presentations and early design studies of site plans, floor plans, and exteriors for project team review.
  • Field measure existing building spaces to prepare as-built floor plans.
  • Interpret and translate design intent into technical documents
  • Coordinate with manager the architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical designs to determine a graphical representation of the building plans.
  • Assemble design/construction standard details with directions from manager to develop project booklets.  
  • Participate in meetings with architects, engineers, and owners to discuss master-development planning and understand overall development design intent.
  • Aid in completion of punch-lists throughout the design and construction process, either through plan-reviewal or in-person inspections.
  • Contract design consultants for each project, and coordinate with them throughout each design phase, maintaining a design schedule and considering budget, material availability, and other constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients to help design their office in our commercial spaces, including floorplans, and finish selections. You will be their main point of contact up until they move into their office.
