You'll own our lead generation funnel end-to-end: setting growth strategy, running performance marketing campaigns, and partnering closely with Sales and Product to turn pipeline into revenue across the DOOR and HelloTech ecosystem.
We're looking for a Sr Manager, Growth Marketing to lead our growth engine. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll set and execute strategy for paid acquisition, CRM/lifecycle, and B2B funnel performance, working directly with the Head of Marketing and in close partnership with Sales and Product to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

- Own the lead generation funnel end-to-end, from top-of-funnel acquisition through MQL/SQL handoff and conversion, setting strategy and owning targets for pipeline volume and quality.
- Set and drive growth marketing strategy across paid and owned channels, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities to grow pipeline and revenue.
- Hands-on management of performance marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding, creative testing, and optimization for CAC, ROAS, and conversion efficiency.
- Partner closely with Sales on lead routing, funnel handoffs, feedback loops, and shared pipeline/revenue goals to ensure marketing-sourced leads convert efficiently.
- Lead quarterly and annual growth planning in partnership with Finance and RevOps, including budget allocation across channels and forecasting against pipeline targets.
- Collaborate with Account Management to shape lifecycle marketing strategy to improve retention, engagement, and funnel velocity.
- Design and lead A/B tests, audience segmentation, and channel experiments to unlock new growth.
- Use Salesforce data to connect marketing spend to pipeline and revenue outcomes, and report ROI and funnel health to leadership.
- Collaborate with Analytics to build dashboards and measurement frameworks in GA4, GTM, and Looker, relying on data to inform, not replace, strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 5-7 years in growth or performance marketing, with direct ownership of a lead generation funnel in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on, platform-level experience running and optimizing campaigns in Google and Meta.
- Track record of setting and delivering against pipeline, CAC, and ROAS targets.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales (lead handoff, funnel alignment)
- Strong grasp of marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CVR, retention, LTV) and how to move them through strategic and tactical decisions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio sufficient to direct reporting and measurement work.
- Comfortable owning budget decisions and defending trade-offs to leadership.
- Bias toward action; able to move between strategy and hands-on campaign execution.
