We're looking for a Visual Designer to bring DOOR's brand to life across marketing, sales, and product touch points. You'll own a wide range of creative projects, from marketing campaigns and trade show materials to product packaging and our website, while building tools and templates that empower teams across the company to create consistent, on-brand materials.

The Visual Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining engaging, on-brand visual content across digital, print, and physical channels. This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop creative assets, support company initiatives, and ensure brand consistency. The position also focuses on improving design efficiency through scalable templates, self-service tools, and creative solutions.

DOOR (formerly Latch) is unlocking the next era of Building Intelligence. We combine premium hardware, intuitive software, and automated operations into one seamless platform—helping multifamily properties run more efficiently, grow revenue, and deliver smarter, more connected living experiences. From smart access and in-unit automation to building-wide controls, DOOR empowers owners, operators, and property teams to reduce overhead, protect asset value, and stand out in a competitive market.

We believe smarter buildings make life simpler. At DOOR, you’ll help shape a future where buildings anticipate needs, operate effortlessly, and quietly improve life for everyone inside.

  • Design marketing emails, campaigns, and landing pages
  • Create trade show booths, signage, and event collateral
  • Design packaging and instructional materials for hardware products
  • Produce sales materials: decks, one-pagers, case studies
  • Support the product design team with illustrations, graphics, and Lottie motion assets
  • Design, build, and maintain the corporate site and landing pages in Webflow
  • Build and maintain self-service creative tools (deck builders, social asset generators, templates) so teams can create on-brand assets on their own
  • Help evolve and enforce brand guidelines across all output
  • 3+ years in visual, brand, or marketing design (in-house or agency)
  • A portfolio showing range across digital, print, and physical
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Creativity and fluency in building with AI
  • Motion design skills, ideally After Effects to Lottie
  • Experience designing print production files (packaging, large format)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Systems thinking: you build templates and tools, not just one-off assets
