About the Role

- Ensure every meal meets quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code compliance guidelines
- You enjoy working with food and have a passion for culinary execution and quality while maintaining food safety
- You want to be part of a dedicated kitchen team operating within a fast-paced fulfillment environment
- Market competitive pay (10pm–6am will receive a $2 increase in pay)

- Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards across shared workspaces
- Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO)
- Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive and efficient site
- Assist with light operational tasks as needed to support overall facility success
- Uphold a “One Team” mindset to create a positive experience for all team members and customers
- You’re reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- You have experience in food service (fast food and quick-service restaurants), grocery, or beverage operations, or a willingness to learn
- You’re detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety
- You can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation)
- You have a high school diploma or GED
- You’re willing to complete a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire
