This role requires ownership, strong follow-through, and the ability to navigate day-to-day execution challenges. It is less about tools and more about getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns as per plan.
- Ensure timelines are met across all stakeholders and partners.
- Follow up consistently to keep projects moving and avoid delays.
- Act as the central point of contact between marketing, product, compliance, and agencies.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned, approved, and executed on time.
- Handle last-minute changes and solve execution challenges on the go.
Collateral & Asset Coordination
- Plan and track all campaign-related assets such as videos, creatives, and communication materials.
- Ensure timely availability of all assets required for campaign rollout.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain quality and timelines.
Social Media & Content Rollout
- Ensure content is published as per schedule.
- Coordinate internally to ensure readiness of all content pieces.
Ideation Support
- Contribute practical ideas to improve execution and communication.
- Support the team during campaign planning and brainstorming discussions.
Skills & Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in execution-heavy roles (marketing, operations, or coordination).
- Strong follow-up and ownership mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple moving parts without losing track.
- Street-smart approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
