HYPERMUSE Studio is Dulcedo Group’s AI Image & Video studio, built to extend what our talent, creators, and brand partners can achieve when human vision is amplified by the best emerging technology.

Born from Dulcedo’s leadership at every major industry shift, HYPERMUSE is designed to deliver high-end, campaign-ready content with the speed and flexibility of AI - without compromising the values that define our business: consent, fairness, creative integrity, and trust. We don’t treat AI as a shortcut. We treat it as a new production advantage that is carefully directed, ethically structured, and built to protect the long-term value of the talent economy.

Our studio exists to solve real commercial problems for brands - unlocking new formats, new creative worlds, and new efficiencies - while ensuring that digital likeness and AI-generated assets are managed with rigorous standards. Every deliverable is shaped by experienced creative leaders and producers, because at Dulcedo, technology doesn’t replace taste. It scales it.
The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships & New Business is responsible for Hypermuse's commercial growth: business development, strategic partnerships, and converting qualified opportunities into signed projects. The role covers the commercial cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposals, budgets, and scoping, and owns the commercial relationship with clients. Beyond sales, you act as an ambassador for Hypermuse - building the studio's reputation and long-term position within agencies, brands, production companies, and the broader AI creative ecosystem.
  • Own the full new-business cycle, from first contact through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and signature.
  • Manage the inbound pipeline: respond to leads, run introduction calls, and guide prospects through a clear, consistent process.
  • Build Hypermuse's outbound strategy from the ground up, going after the brands and partners the studio wants to work with.
  • Sell across the studio's full offering: creative campaigns, AI-powered photoshoots, high-volume social content and UGC, client-owned digital IP, and the monetization of Hypermuse's own digital IP.
  • Prioritize long-term partnerships and recurring retainers, and judge one-off work on whether it justifies the studio's production time.
  • Lead discovery conversations and formalize what each client needs, so it feeds straight into scoping.
  • Build proposals and budgets with the Head of Production, who validates feasibility, production effort, and automation level: the things that drive cost. Then lead the negotiation through to close.
  • Own the client relationship through signature and onboarding, hand off cleanly to project management, and stay their commercial point of contact afterward.
  • Represent the studio in the market: agencies, brands, production companies, and the wider AI creative ecosystem.
  • Five years or more in business development or partnerships, ideally in creative production, advertising, or media. You've owned a deal from the first call through to signature, and you've carried a target.
  • You don't wait for the inbox to fill up. You know which brands and agencies the studio should be working with, and you go get them.
  • You'd rather build a retainer than chase one-off projects, and you know how to run a first mandate so the client comes back.
  • You can tell quickly whether a project is worth the studio's time. Profitability, production effort, fit.
  • You write proposals with the production lead, not on your own, so what we sell is what we can deliver.
  • Some understanding of AI image and video production. Not essential, but if you already know what it can do and what it costs, that helps.
  • You're comfortable representing a studio most people haven't heard of yet.
  • French and English, both fluent, spoken and written.
  • At Hypermuse, we look for more than just a CV -  we look for energy.
  • You’re known for your initiative, curiosity, and genuine drive to make things happen.
  • Your positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and the way you uplift those around you are contagious.
  • You thrive on new challenges, stay calm under pressure, and love the pace and excitement of a dynamic environment.
  • You’re a true self-starter - passionate, gritty, and goal-oriented, someone who loves having projects, challenges, and milestones to work toward.
  • In short, you’re driven, creative, and structured, someone who knows how to balance discipline, fun, and performance - 3 core pillars of Dulcedo’s culture.
