We are looking for a Director of Human Resources to spearhead the human resources department of our organization. This is a salaried, full-time position in which the incumbent will take the lead in devising strategies that promote a healthy, inclusive and productive work environment. As a key driver of human capital development, you will be responsible for strengthening the workforce by enhancing individual and team capabilities. The certified communication language in our organization is English.

• →Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.
• →Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, company medical insurance costs, etc.
• →Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
• →Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
• →Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure organization's compliance.
• →Manage other areas such as employee compensation, benefits, recruitment, etc.

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or extensive prior experience in human resources.
• Previous experience as a Senior HR Manager or other HR executive.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
