We are looking for a Store Associate to join our team! If you have a passion for lighting, visuals, and audio technology, this is the perfect opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment. As a key part of our retail operations, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in need of professional production equipment.
• Assist customers in selecting lighting, visual, and audio products that best suit their needs.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked store environment.
• Learn and stay up to date on the latest industry technology and trends.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

As a Store Associate, your daily responsibilities will include:

• →Greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• →Demonstrating product features and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• →Handling sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• →Managing inventory, restocking shelves, and conducting regular product counts.
• →Assisting with store displays and promotional setups.
• →Supporting online orders and in-store pickups.
• →Keeping up with product training and industry advancements.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Passion for audio, lighting, and visual equipment—experience in live production or tech retail is a plus!
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Basic sales experience or the ability to learn quickly.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic technical knowledge of production gear is a bonus!
