To strengthen our Maintenance & Engineering team in Tilburg, we are looking for a hands-on and motivated technician.

As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure the reliability and performance of our production equipment. You play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.

• →Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production lines and installations
• →Ensure machines, tools, and facilities comply with safety standards and regulations
• →Support engineers with mechanical and basic electrical work; recognize and escalate electrical issues
• →Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
• →Contribute to maintenance and improvement projects
• →Conduct routine inspections and technical checks
• →Execute preventive maintenance according to planning
• →Share technical knowledge and best practices with operators and colleagues

• MBO-4 diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Technical field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced maintenance or production environment

• Solid technical troubleshooting skills and hands-on mindset

• Experience in food production, industrial hygiene, or electrical work

• Comfortable using MS Office

• Good command of English
