Property Specialist

The Role

We're seeking a hands-on Property Specialist to support the management and marketing of our residential portfolio. You'll carry out property inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs, while also creating marketing content and conducting viewings across the portfolio.

• →1+ years of experience in lettings or property sales (desired not essential)
• →Strong understanding of UK residential lettings regulations
• →Adaptable and quick to learn in a tech-driven, fast-changing environment
• →Full UK driving licence
• →Comfortable using CRMs, property portals, and online communication tools
• →Experienced with digital tools for remote collaboration, such as Slack, Google Meet and Google Docs

• Familiarity with Giraffe or other 360 cameras
• Familiarity with inventory software
