The Senior Fullstack Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end software solutions for a European Public Sector client, contributing across backend, frontend, database, and cloud components. The role involves working in an Azure-based environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality applications that support critical public services. The successful candidate will bring strong Java full-stack expertise, solid database knowledge, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement, with AI-related experience considered an advantage.

• Produce high-quality, scalable, testable, and modularized code.
• Enhance, upgrade, and optimize existing software solutions for continuous improvement.
• Support the team in the creation of technical solutions and development planning.
• Provide estimated timeframes and technical task assessments.
• Produce robust unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Maintain high software quality standards through thorough requirements gathering, testing, and collaborative code reviews.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, sharing ideas and expertise.

• 7+ years of professional experience in Java/JEE full-stack development, including Java SE/J2SE, J2EE/JEE, Java Server technologies, Java Spring, and enterprise application design.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies, including ReactJS, AngularJS, and JavaScript, with the ability to build scalable and maintainable user interfaces.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure environments and Azure Database Services; AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or equivalent cloud knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database administration, DB build, performance tuning, testing, clustering, mirroring, replication, log shipping, audit, and SSMS.
• Experience with continuous integration, version control, automated build/deployment processes, and collaborative software delivery practices.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration and cloud platforms, including Oracle Integration Cloud; Oracle Certified Master – Java EE Enterprise Architect certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience with AI-enabled solutions or AI-assisted software development is desirable.
