We are seeking a skilled SMT Machine Operator to join our Fremont manufacturing team and support the production of high-quality electronic assemblies.

Pay Range

Responsibilities

→High school diploma or equivalent.
→1-3 years of automated electronic manufacturing experience.
→Experience operating automated SMT assembly equipment.
→Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and mechanical drawings.
→Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Elma backplane products.
Experience with Hanwha Pick-and-Place equipment.
Experience with Koh Young inspection systems.

Working Environment

Frequent standing and walking on production floors.
Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
Use of ESD-protective equipment and footwear required.
Hands-on operation of manufacturing equipment throughout the workday.
