About the Role

~1 min read

As an Exercise Specialist, you will play a central role in delivering personalized, high-touch exercise programming. This position sits at the intersection of clinical precision and practical coaching — you will assess, design, implement, and evolve exercise programs that meaningfully impact long-term health outcomes.

You will work under the direction of the Manager of Exercise & Movement and in close collaboration with our physicians, nutritionists, and physical therapist. Our care model is physician-led and multidisciplinary, and your responsibility is to ensure that exercise programming integrates seamlessly into each patient’s broader medical and longevity strategy.

This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You should be equally comfortable leading assessments, designing and periodizing programs, interpreting performance data, troubleshooting barriers, and collaborating across disciplines. You will work with a discerning patient population that expects precision, professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness. Emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills are essential.

We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated growth mindset and a long-standing pattern, personally and professionally, of intellectual curiosity and pursuit of mastery. Throughout your tenure, you will have structured opportunities to expand your expertise across emerging modalities and longevity science.
