- Plan and prioritise KICK’s email and push notification calendar to ensure communications are delivered on time.
- Deliver high quality email and push notification campaigns from initial brief through to send, ensuring each communication is accurate, on-brand, and free from errors.
- Write clear and engaging English copy that supports campaign objectives.
- Coordinate translations and localisation with the Content team for our Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, and Arabic users, ensuring all required copy is supplied, reviewed, and approved within agreed timelines.
- Brief and manage the production of visual assets with the Visual Design team, ensuring each asset meets the communication’s objectives, specifications, and delivery requirements.
- Proof all copy, translations, links, design assets, audience targeting, and campaign setup before send to maintain a consistently high standard of execution.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing across copy, subject lines, calls to action, creative, and other campaign variables to improve open rates, click-to-open rates, and conversion.
- Monitor and report on email and push notification performance, using delivery volume, open rate, click-to-open rate, and conversion to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and respond to marketing communication requests from stakeholders across KICK, clarifying requirements, setting expectations, and balancing requests against existing priorities.
- Maintain clear campaign records, workflows, and documentation that support efficient collaboration, reduce execution risk, and enable CRM activity to scale with KICK’s growing global user base.
- 3+ years experience using CRM or customer engagement software.
- Delivered marketing communications from initial brief through to quality assurance and send.
- Produced clear, engaging and accurate marketing copy, with strong editing, proofreading, and detail.
- Managed multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder requests while maintaining a high standard of execution.
- Coordinated effectively with copywriters, translators, designers and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver campaign requirements on time.
- Use data to inform insights and action.
- Communicate clearly and proactively, particularly when clarifying briefs, managing expectations, and resolving challenges.
