Lead and manage overall facilities operations and maintenance to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient building operations.
Oversee the maintenance team across Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil systems, ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Manage daily facilities management activities including operations, resource planning, and incident or crisis management.
Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, QHSE requirements, and industry standards.
Monitor service delivery performance and ensure achievement of operational KPIs and service level targets.
Oversee maintenance programs for key Mechanical & Electrical systems, including HV/LV systems, UPS, air-conditioning, fire protection systems, and standby generators.
Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance planning to ensure optimal equipment reliability.
Act as the main liaison for site operations, maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Manage and evaluate contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring compliance with service agreements and performance standards.
Support procurement activities including vendor selection, quotation evaluation, and cost control for facilities services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or plant/facility operations, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, utilities management, and building infrastructure.
Proven experience managing maintenance teams and external service contractors.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare operational and performance reports.
