Eiger Marvel HR & Management Consultancy, a Dubai-based HR and management consultancy serving clients across the UAE and GCC, is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive. • B2B lead generation through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and the website • LinkedIn page management, content creation and Canva design • Website management, SEO and AI search visibility • WhatsApp Business set-up, auto-replies and enquiry handling • Lead management and reporting in HubSpot CRM Requirements • Fresh graduates with a portfolio welcome; experienced marketers who want results-based earnings also encouraged • Excellent written English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus • Canva, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, basic SEO and WordPress • Comfortable with AI tools for content and research • Valid UAE residence visa (own or family sponsorship) Benefits • Entry-level fixed pay plus an uncapped incentive for every qualified lead • Performance-based growth: fixed pay can more than triple within 12 months for top performers • Monday to Friday 08:30am–06:00pm, Saturday 08:30am–01:30pm • Full-time, on-site in Dubai
