About the Role

Elemental is seeking a Communications Manager to help drive the day-to-day execution of our communications strategy across social media, content, and key team priorities.

In this role, you will manage Elemental’s social media channels, help develop compelling content across our communications platforms, and use data and insights to strengthen our storytelling. You will also play an important role in project managing work across the Communications team to help translate priorities into clear plans, coordinating timelines and inputs, and keeping projects moving from idea through execution.

This role is ideal for a strong writer and highly organized communicator who can move comfortably between creating the work and making sure the work gets done. We’re looking for someone who brings strong judgment, curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail—and is excited to continue building their communications expertise while taking meaningful ownership of their work.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing Communications and works closely with colleagues across the Communications team.

Project Management

You are comfortable taking ownership of work while collaborating closely with others, and ask the right questions when something is unclear. You care about the details, but can also understand the larger objective behind the work and make thoughtful decisions about how to get there.

You are curious about what makes communications effective—whether that means finding the right way to tell a story, understanding why a piece of content performed well, or improving a process so the team can work more effectively.
