Senior Recruiter

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a private family office. This is a fully remote role within a small team. You'll source across a range of areas — private household and lifestyle staff, finance, and legal consultants.

• →Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, from intake call to closed offer.
• →Source and map candidates across private household/lifestyle roles, finance, and legal consultants — proactively, rather than relying only on inbound applications.
• →Manage candidate communication with discretion, given the sensitivity of a family office environment.
• →Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and fit.
• →Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role briefs and interview processes.
• →Track pipeline progress and flag risks or bottlenecks early.
• →Negotiate offers and manage the closing process with candidates.
• →Keep candidate and role data accurate and up to date.

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally end-to-end / full-cycle.
• Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written.
• Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus.
• Comfortable sourcing and mapping candidates independently.
• Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information.
• Organised and able to manage several open roles at once.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely as part of a small team.
