Technology ICT Teacher

We are looking for a Middle School Information Technology Teacher for a bilingual international school in Shanghai. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in August 2027.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach information technology to middle school students through engaging lessons and practical projects
• Develop students’ digital literacy, computational thinking and problem-solving skills
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments appropriate to students’ learning needs
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop the curriculum and support interdisciplinary learning
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about students’ progress
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment and promote responsible technology use

• Relevant experience teaching information technology to middle school students is essential
• Ability to design practical, engaging lessons and assess student learning effectively
• Strong communication, collaboration and classroom management skills
• Commitment to student development and education
