→Manage and execute assurance and review engagements from planning through completion
→Review financial statements and working papers
→Prepare and/or review corporate and personal tax returns
→Assist with tax planning and advisory engagements
→Provide accounting and financial reporting support to clients
→Communicate directly with clients and develop strong client relationships
→Review and mentor junior team members
→Assist partners with complex accounting, tax, and advisory matters
→Take an active role in the growth and development of the Windsor office

CPA designation required
4–5 years of experience in public accounting, with a strong background in assurance
Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting
Experience in public practice
Tax experience is an asset, but a willingness and interest in developing tax expertise is important
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
Client-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership
