Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate should be physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damages.
- Verify quantities and ensure products are stored in the correct warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using proper handling procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if required and certified).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
- Organize warehouse areas and ensure products are stored safely.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with order processing, labeling, and packaging activities.
- Report damaged products, inventory issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of inventory handling and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Full-time warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Exposure to varying warehouse conditions, including loading areas and storage spaces.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
