At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.

By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.

About the Role

~1 min read

EliseAI is looking for our first GTM Product Enablement Manager to build the foundations for how GTM teams learn, understand, and articulate EliseAI's platform value and capabilities to prospects and customers. This role will design and deliver enablement programs that translate product strategy into field readiness, drive adoption, and directly impact revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

~2 min read
  • Build the enablement function from the ground up, defining what good looks like before any system, program, or process exists.

  • Define and execute a comprehensive product enablement and training strategy aligned with product launches, business goals, and customer needs.

  • Partner with Product, PMM, and SMEs to lead the creation of engaging and scalable training content, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, webinars, and certifications.

  • Partner with product teams to ensure knowledge base and other documentation are accurate, easy to understand, and up-to-date.

  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and relevant SMEs to create value-based demo scripts aligned to persona and use cases. Maintain and enable the demo certification process across ramping and ramped reps.

  • Use data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs and documentation. Continuously iterate and improve the user learning experience.

  • Work closely with product managers and PMMs to understand new features and roadmap plans, and with marketing and sales to support go-to-market strategies.

  • Define and track success metrics (time-to-product proficiency, adoption rates, feature utilization, customer expansion, NPS impact) and present data-driven insights to leadership.

  • Stay current on product changes, competitive landscape, and industry trends; proactively identify opportunities to improve enablement quality.

  • Experiment with product knowledge testing through innovative AI approaches.

  • Move quickly and decisively in a high-velocity environment; adapt programs and priorities as business needs evolve without losing momentum.

  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team.

We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact; full autonomy, no micromanagement, no fluff.

We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.

Requirements

~1 min read
  • Previous quota-carrying sales experience required. AE or sales manager backgrounds strongly preferred; product marketing or GTM strategy backgrounds considered if a direct sales role is clearly evident in the work history.

  • Startup experience required. You've built programs and processes in environments where the playbook didn't exist, timelines shifted quickly, and ambiguity was the norm.

  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from 0 to 1. You're not improving something that exists, you're creating the foundation from scratch.

  • Comfortable operating without a fully built enablement function. You define structure rather than waiting for it.

  • Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles; ability to create engaging, relevant, and results-oriented training programs.

  • Product acumen. Ability to quickly understand complex product features, positioning, and differentiation, and translate them into field-ready training.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships, drive influence, and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complexity and engage diverse audiences.

  • Strong AI fluency and analytical mindset; actively uses AI tools to accelerate content creation, skill testing, and measurement.

  • Based in New York or Boston preferred; in-office 4–5 days/week.

Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail.
