Site Supervisor

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the Port Elizabeth team on a 6 month contract Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site Ensure all work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards Manage and oversee site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality Enforce health and safety regulations at all times Report on progress, delays, and any issues to management Ensure proper use and control of materials, equipment, and tools Resolve onsite challenges efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate site records, including attendance and material usage Requirements Grade 12 Qualification in Construction Management or a related field (advantageous) Health and Safety certification First Aid certification (advantageous) Valid driver’s license (essential) Proven experience in the construction industry Previous experience supervising teams on-site Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret building plans and drawings Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
