Senior Technical Writer - RFP & Proposals

We are looking for a smart, driven, and detail-oriented Senior Technical Writer with experience in RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation. You will play a key role in crafting clear, compelling, and accurate responses for clients, as well as producing internal and customer-facing content.

The ideal candidate is technologically curious, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• →Create and write high-quality RFP/RFI/proposal responses and supporting documents
• →Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and customer-friendly content
• →Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to gather required information
• →Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates
• →Develop technical documentation such as Product overviews, Feature descriptions, Technical FAQs & Process documentation
• →Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and branding across all documents
• →Manage timelines and deliverables independently

• 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role
• Proven experience with RFP/RFI or proposal writing
• Strong understanding of technology or SaaS products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and products

• Experience working in SaaS / AI/enterprise software
• Familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO)
• Basic understanding of AI, automation, or cloud technologies
