We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 2–4 years of experience who enjoys working across both frontend and backend and wants to build products at the intersection of software engineering and AI.

You’ll work on our AI-powered products and platforms, building everything from interactive user interfaces and dashboards to APIs, backend services, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.

This isn't a role where you'll just pick up tickets and write code.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a feature end-to-end — understand the requirement, design the solution, build it, test it, and get it into production.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the frontend and backend.

• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript.

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.

• Work across the complete product lifecycle — from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.

• Build reusable components and maintain clean, scalable code.

• Design and develop secure and reusable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Build backend services using Node.js, Express.js, Koa, or similar frameworks.

• Design efficient database schemas and optimise queries.

• Work with MongoDB and SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Implement authentication and authorisation using technologies such as JWT and OAuth.

• Build integrations with internal and external systems.

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance and reliability.

• Build modern web interfaces using React and TypeScript.

• Translate product and UI designs into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.

• Create reusable UI components and contribute to frontend architecture.

• Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and performant.

• Work closely with Product and Design teams to turn ideas into intuitive user experiences.

You’ll be working in an AI-first engineering environment.

• Integrate LLM APIs and AI capabilities into production applications.

• Work with AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation.

• Build or integrate agent-based systems and tool orchestration.

• Work with AI APIs, inference workflows, prompt orchestration, and model integrations.

• Explore new approaches to building AI-powered product experiences.

• Stay curious about emerging AI technologies and developer tools.

You don't need to be an AI/ML researcher. We’re looking for strong software engineers who are excited about learning and building with AI.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Write unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai.

• Debug issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and improve application scalability.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

• Document technical solutions, APIs, and architecture where required.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, AI Engineers, QA, DevOps, and other developers.

• Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions.

• Break down product requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Take ownership of features and deliver them from concept → production.

• Contribute to a collaborative and fast-moving engineering culture.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.

• Strong backend development experience with Node.js.

• Good hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development.

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.

• Strong understanding of MongoDB and experience with at least one SQL database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, async/await, and event-driven architecture.

• Experience with authentication and authorisation mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.

• Good understanding of software development best practices, testing, debugging, and version control.

• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and work independently.

• Good understanding of responsive web development.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations.

• Experience working with AI agents or agentic workflows.

• Experience with real-time systems or event-driven architectures.

• Exposure to voice technologies, streaming, speech-to-text, or text-to-speech.

• Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working in a SaaS or B2B product company.

• Exposure to AI coding assistants and AI-powered development workflows.
