About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our core team to support company-wide hiring efforts across the globe and help build the talent pipelines that fuel our growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong recruiting background with familiarity in best practices relating to Human Resources, Recruitment, and onboarding.

You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, driving efficient hiring processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing high-quality talent across the globe and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone energized by fast-paced work, strong partnerships with hiring managers, and building scalable recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

→5-8 years of experience in recruiting in the Technology Sector, preferably in a product-based startup.
→Exceptional sourcing skills, ownership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
→Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
→Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and workflows.
→Comfortable working across a variety of functions and adapting to shifting priorities.
→Startup experience and cross-functional team experience.
→A hustler mentality; founding a company or building side projects is a plus!
