Bachelor's degree required, must be LSW or LISW, human services, social work, or a related field.

At least one year of experience working with elders or adults with disabilities.

Valid driver's license and automobile insurance, as regular travel within Ohio is required.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Clear, professional, and compassionate communication skills.

→
Basic proficiency with laptops, tablets, mobile applications, web-based systems, email, and Microsoft Office.

Experience working in Structure Family Caregiving (SFC) or a similar setting preferred.

→
Certifications in gerontology or case management preferred.
