Quick Summary
Assess & Plan • Conduct in-home client assessments and evaluate needs against nursing standards • Develop individualized plans of care following each home visit,
Entyre Care helps elders and peoples with disabilities stay and health at home with trusted caregivers. As an RN Supervisor, you are the clinical backbone of that model — you assess clients in their homes, build their plans of care, and train and mentor their caregivers.

· Control: No late-night shifts and no weekends, giving you a better work-life balance.
· Hybrid: Full-time hybrid position offering autonomy while utilizing your assessment, care planning and case management skills.
