→Provide prompt, professional, and courteous food and beverage service to guests on the beach and in designated outdoor service areas.
→Greet guests warmly and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
→Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
→Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar.
→Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
→Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly address concerns.
→Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
→Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach service stations, storage areas, and equipment.
→Set up and break down beach service areas according to operational standards.
→Comply with all responsible alcohol service requirements and company policies.
→Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Availability for weekends and holidays
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
