EōS Fitness is seeking a Regional Group Fitness Manager in Houston, reporting to the Vice President of Group Fitness. The role involves leading the District Group Fitness leaders by strategizing and coaching to maximize class attendance and provide fun, safe workouts that deliver excellent fitness results for members. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a multi-unit manager, accountable for all aspects of hiring, coaching, choreography, scheduling, payroll, and customer service. Additionally, this role will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Facilities teams on various business aspects. The ideal candidate should possess management experience overseeing multi-unit leaders, genuine customer service skills, proven operational experience, and a passion for culture and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the district group fitness team with clear vision.
  • Ensure effective recruiting, training, and development practices to build high-performing group fitness teams.
  • Foster a culture of ongoing professional development.
  • Develop and implement efficient group fitness strategies, including staffing, scheduling, and class size optimization, while leveraging industry trends.
  • Align group fitness objectives with overall business goals through close collaboration with senior management.
  • Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain effective safety measures and reporting to minimize incidents and injuries for the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit experience, demonstrating successful oversight of multiple locations within the fitness industry or a similar field.
  • Nationally accredited Group Exercise Certification
  • Group Fitness Certification, Specialty Certification, CPR Cert.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Minimum of 10 years Customer Service.
  • Strong understanding of operation processes, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with senior management and cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written
  • Relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
  • Previous experience delivering excellent customer service and training.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a fun and approachable personality that builds strong relationships.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities, and maintains proficiency in meticulous record-keeping.
  • Identifying and resolving challenges through effective problem-solving techniques.

  • Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk throughout the workday.
  • Must be willing/able to travel 50%-70% of the time.
  • Use of personal vehicles for local locations with relevant reimbursement.

Salary Pay Range
$80,000$80,000 USD
