Learning Center Manager → Regional Manager → Regional Director

This role is designed to develop future leaders within Think Zone.

You'll receive structured training, mentorship, hands-on management experience, and clear performance benchmarks as you develop your skills and take on greater responsibility.

As Think Zone continues expanding across the Bay Area, high-performing Center Managers will have opportunities to help launch additional locations and move into multi-center leadership roles.
