Requirements
~1 min read- Scripting ability in Bash and/or PowerShell to automate routine administration tasks.
- Experience operating in a VMware-virtualized environment (VMs hosted across datacenter and edge locations)
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tooling (Datadog, Prometheus) to triage and resolve incidents.
- Process-oriented mindset, with experience documenting runbooks and improving repeatable operational procedures.
- Exposure to Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud/on-prem operations.
- Familiarity with Chef and/or Ansible for configuration management.
- Experience supporting distributed, multi-site environments (datacenter plus 200+ remote/edge locations).
- Curious, proactive, and collaborative.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Committed to delivering solutions together, not in competition.
- Embraces Agile methodology and promotes a one-team culture.
