Generalist, Product-Minded Software Engineer (Junior - Mid level)

As a Generalist, Product-minded Software Engineer you will:

• →Own product development end-to-end—from understanding the problem and shaping the solution to building, launching, and iterating.
• →Understand and analyze user and stakeholder feedback, translating it into practical product improvements.
• →Turn ambiguous ideas into clear priorities, focused scopes, and working prototypes.
• →Shape exceptional UI and user experiences across the product, with attention to clarity, consistency, and craft.
• →Build across the stack, taking on frontend, backend, integrations, and infrastructure as needed.
• →Make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope to deliver value quickly.
• →Collaborate closely with design, product, and business teams, contributing to both what we build and how we build it.
• →Ship reliable, intuitive experiences and own testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
• →Measure how products perform, learn from real usage, and take responsibility for outcomes.
