Join our 5G development team at Ericsson’s Łódź R&D site, where you’ll help develop mobile core network products. If you have strong C++ or Go skills and experience using AI agents, we’d like to hear from you. In this role, you’ll work as an R&D engineer and be part of Ericsson’s global R&D community. What you will do * We develop the core network for next-generation mobile networks. Your responsibilities will span the software development lifecycle, including: \- Analyzing requirements and assessing their impact on software architecture \- Developing, integrating, verifying, and simulating software \- Designing tools \- Supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) \- Creating and maintaining product documentation * We work using Lean and Agile practices and organize into cross-functional development teams. Continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing are part of our daily work. * You’ll work with technologies such as containers, cloud platforms, multi-cluster systems, microservices, continuous integration and delivery, and digitalization. You’ll join a self-organized team of experienced professionals in an international environment where you can learn and contribute. Our R&D teams work with evolving, cutting-edge technologies as new systems and tools emerge.
