Responsibilities

→Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
→Help customers make confident decisions on repairs or replacements
→Offer and explain service options, maintenance plans, and financing
→Keep your job site clean and your truck well-stocked
→Accurately complete invoices, timecards, and job notes
→Train and mentor apprentices when assigned
→Participate in weekly training and rotate into the on-call schedule
→Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to ensure smooth workflow
→Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus (but not required)

3+ years of residential HVAC experience
EPA certification
Strong diagnostic and repair skills - soldering, piping, refrigerant handling, etc.
Clean, valid driver's license
Strong communication and customer service skills
Honest, reliable, and ready to grow with the team
Team player with a professional appearance and positive attitude
