You will manage Exalate’s paid growth engine to drive business growth and brand lift. You will be responsible for launching and improving campaigns quickly across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit, execute clean tracking in GA4 and GTM, and read the numbers and turn every insight into the next experiment.
This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented marketer who is not only data-savvy but also creative and curious about the latest marketing innovations — especially in the fast-evolving AI space.

Requirements
One to two years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS - Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta; Reddit experience is a bonus
Working knowledge of GA4 and GTM, including event setup and debugging
Strong communication, team collaboration, and project management skills
Basic SEO and copywriting knowledge: recognize search intent, structure a page and explain how organic and paid support each other. Willingness to create the first draft and messaging for campaigns.
Fluent in written and spoken English at a minimum B2 level
Solid grasp of CTR, CPL, CAC and the LTV-to-CAC ratio
Key Responsibilities

Design and launch campaigns
Build and optimize Search, Display, and retargeting in Google & Bing Ads.

Design and manage LinkedIn campaigns
Conversation Ads, Sponsored Content, and Lead-Gen Forms
Audience segmentation by job title, company size and matched lists
Account-based retargeting for high-value prospects

Run Meta campaigns
Retarget website visitors and in-platform engagers.
Test look-alike audiences and conversion-focused objectives
Rotate static, carousel, and short-form video creatives

Launch Reddit ads
Target relevant subreddits for developers and IT teams
Experiment with conversation and promoted-post formats
Capture early-funnel interest and feed remarketing pools

Measure everything
Create a full tagging plan with UTMs, GA4 events and GTM triggers so every click maps to the pipeline.
Maintain a Looker Studio dashboard that shows spend, CPL, CAC and qualified demos each week.

Create and refine assets
Write clear, benefit-led ad copy.
Brief designers on static or motion creatives and make quick edits yourself when speed matters.

Run constant experiments
Launch at least two controlled tests each month on audience, creative or landing page.
Record hypothesis, result and next step to grow a living growth playbook.

Collaborate closely with product marketing, CRO, content, and brand teams to align campaign messaging and objectives.
Share keyword and funnel insights with SEO and content teams.
Sync paid-media events into HubSpot so closed-won deals trace back to campaigns.
You will work closely with and report to the Head of Marketing and Growth Ops to ensure that our paid channel contributes to our overall business objectives - growth.

Complete an audit of Google, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit accounts with a written action plan.
Track one hundred percent of conversions in GA4 with clean UTMs.
Publish a weekly performance dashboard that the team relies on.

Reduce cost per qualified demo by ten percent while volume rises.
Ship two documented tests each month and apply the learnings.
Publish playbooks for campaign builds, tag checks and report refresh.

Hit or exceed paid-pipeline targets each quarter.
Run full-funnel remarketing across web, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit.
Launch a small-budget pilot on one additional channel such as YouTube.
Shape how Exalate acquires and nurtures new customers.
Manage a six-figure budget and the tool set that tracks its return.
Google Ads Editor, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Dashboard, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Microsoft Clarity, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Supermetrics, Jira (basic knowledge for project management), Slack (virtual office), Figma or Canva (plus)

What kind of salary will you be earning? That depends on skill set and experience, but as a ballpark figure, you can estimate it around the 2500 USD per month mark.
