Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain, repair, and install CNC and secondary production equipment
- →Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- →Diagnose issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime
- Perform routine PMs including inspections, lubrication, and part replacement
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues early
- Support electrical, HVAC, and overall facility maintenance
- Assist with installation and repair of wiring, plumbing, and machinery
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Plan and execute repair work efficiently
- Support efforts to improve equipment reliability and uptime
- Experience in industrial maintenance (CNC experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Hands-on, team-oriented mindset with a focus on minimizing downtime
- Stable, growing manufacturing environment
